For all reservations we need a booking fee of 30% which will be refunded if the Guide cancels the trip due to bad weather.

The Guides can cancel or change the programme if weather conditions are not good enough.

If you cancel it must be done at least 24hrs in advance, if not full payment is due.
Extra costs ( lift passes, taxi, helicopter, restaurants, overnight stays, etc..) are  the clients responsability.

When in a group, the Guides costs are split between the clients.

For all the backcountry skiing the Guides have a radio which relays to the rescue service and the personel security equipment is supplied ( ARVA, shovel, probe).
