Traversée Replat - Bérarde
It is in the heart of this massif rich in history and varied alpine landscapes that we propose a two-day itinerary, starting from Saint Christophe en Oisans. High mountain atmosphere : glaciers, pass, breaches and a very welcoming refuge, here is the program that awaits you.
2 DAY PROGRAM FROM VILLARD St CHRISTOPHE (1460m) :
Day 1: Climb to the Selle hut (2873m) through the very wild Diable valley. Possibility to do the Gandolière breach (3340m) after a break at the refuge. Night at the comfortable and friendly refuge of La Selle.
Day 2 : We'll take the beautiful Selle glacier by headlamp towards the Replat pass (3335m) at the foot of the Râteau. From there, a steeper passage will take us to the Étançons valley to reach the village of La Bérarde (1713m) by a very nice final descent!
